Overview

    1. General
      These Export Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of goods (“Products”) by Dheeshedhan Global Solutions to the Buyer for international transactions. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

 

    1. Orders and Acceptance
      All orders are subject to online order confirmation by the Seller. No contract will exist until the Seller issues an order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion.

 

    1. Pricing
      All prices are quoted in USD, and are inclusive exclusive of taxes, duties, freight, insurance, and other charges. Prices are based on online purchases.

 

    1. Payment Terms
      Payment shall be made via online payment method, and the shipment will be processed upon receipt of full payment only.

 

  1. Delivery and Shipping
    • Delivery dates are estimates only and the Seller will not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
    • Risk of loss passes to the Buyer as per the agreed terms and conditions.

 

    1. Export Compliance
      The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the import of Products complies with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

 

    1. Inspection and Claims
      The Buyer must inspect the Products upon receipt. Any claims for damage, shortages, or defects must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods. Failure to notify within this period will constitute acceptance of the Products.

 

    1. Force Majeure
      The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, or transportation issues.

 

    1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
      These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

 

  1. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, together with the order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and Buyer and supersede any prior agreements, written or oral.
