Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders will be processed after 100% payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.
- Shipping will be arranged upon consolidation of products from multiple invoices, once the total volume reaches one TEU.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- The average delivery timeline ranges from a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 90 days.
- Shipping charges will be included with the product price.
- Estimated delivery times: International: As per the shipping line availability.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or courier issues.
Shipping Methods
We ship through freight forwarding agents. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Consignee will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied at the destination to your order.
- Origin customs fees, duties or taxes will be under the supplier control.
Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.
International Shipping Restrictions
- Certain products may not be shipped to specific countries due to customs regulations.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. Goods will not be accepted for return by the exporter under any circumstances after purchase.
Unit of Measurement:
- A minimum order of one full container load, or the equivalent of a 20-foot container, is required for export shipments.
- All products must be purchased in metric tons.
